Professional Video Shooter

I have to prepare motivational videos. Duration will be 5 minutes to 20 minutes. Videos have to be shot at my place in a room, which will be prepared for this purpose, The requirement will be : Shooting - the photographer has to bring his own camera and stand to arrange for the shooting. Editing part - he has to do the editing, bring clarity to the videos, put the captions on the video as per the requirement. Editing should be as per my satisfaction. The requirement is of shooting 100 videos over a period of one year, dates will be mutually decided. These videos will be required to be uploaded to Youtube so these should have all the ingredients for that purpose. I will pay 1000 INR per video, ( Video duration of 5-10 minutes) 50% after shooting and 50% after uploading. He will be required to guide me on uploading in Youtube. I will pay INR 1500 for a video which is more than 10 minutes and INR 2000 for more than 20 minutes.. In one day only two videos will be shot at a interval of one hour. The person should be from Pune only, near Viman Nagar so that it will be convenient for him.
