Compose or edit existing mov or mp4 video - repost

We need help to edit our existing video file to white background color and purple color exercise mat. Please make sure the video file format convert to mp4 and we need this video file can be displayed on website, iphone, iPad, android phone and tablet. We got this type of video file around 180+ ~ 200 files. Each one needs to be modified the background color and put time wording on the right top corner, put company name on the right bottom corner.
