Childrens Animation (Cartoon)_ Video

We find ourselves in need of someone to take a children's story we have written as a short book and a few drawings that we have of the characters in the book and to turn them in to a cartoon video with motion. We can add the voice overs once the animation is completed. This needs to be done in very high quality just as a cartoon you might see on television. Finished length will be approximately 10 Minutes (this should help you with figuring your bid) We will require a sample of other work you have done like this before we actually pick someone. We will pay either via PayPal or Freelancer Escrow whichever is best for the Freelance person. This is a work for hire and once you have completed the video and as such we will own the rights to the finished product. We will, however, give you credit as the animator if you desire it. If this works out well it can become an ongoing project for the right Freelancer. We are looking for a good balance between cost and quality and if another animation is needed after the initial one, the original animator will be hired for that at a potentially significant pay increase.
