Create a 5 minute video montage

Hello freelancers, I would like to create a 5-6 minute video from 40 mins of random videos and also from 300 pictures. You don’t need to use the pictures but it’s available to use. I'd also like you to find an upbeat song(s) to include in the video. Also, please download some video shots from youtube and images of Las Vegas’ Palazzo, the Light night club in Las Vegas, Tao beach in Las Vegas, and XS Club in Las Vegas for the video.
