We are looking for a talented video editor for a popular YouTube channel that creates weekly education videos. After a trial period, this is a permanent role. You will be working under a senior editor and so must be comfortable copying the in-house style that he has already established for our brand. Candidate must be: - Proficient with Adobe Premiere and After Effects - Have a solid academic background with a well-rounded knowledge of science, history, English and maths. As you will be required to source the media (stock footage and images) for each video and therefore must be able to understand the topics being discussed. - The ability to edit at least one 15-25 minute video per week and turn around each video within three days. This job involves researching and finding the relevant stock media (images/videos/music) for each topic, which is time-consuming so please make sure you are happy doing that before applying.
