Hello I had checked your example website and let me explain what they did. They had used Wordpress and built custom web page templates. And they used wasm not Javascript for 3d animation. This is how they could archieve smooth animations of lots of fishes inside 3d pace. And they used wasm module and webpack to compile and bundle it to JS file which can be rendered in current HTML/DOM manupulation.
