Native Kazakh Speaker needed for ASR project

This project is related to ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), which to make it simple, is to transcribe what you hear from the provided audio. The purpose is to transcribe the audios as correct as possible, to help improve AI technology. Those audios are mainly in your native languages. This way we can develop strong and independent AI technologies together! Working Time 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00 (UTC+6) Working Hours 30-40 hours per week We adopt a shift to ensure that people work every day, and each person will work 30-40 hours a week. (PM will arrange this shift) Training Period Duration Around two weeks Exams Two policy quizs+Two juren exams (4 exams in total) Policy quiz is related to guidelines. Juren exam is related to transcription and evaluation. Two chances for every exam. Go live Project Manager will arrange everyday's work in advance. All works are prioritized. Clean the live queue We need to clean all cases in the live queue everyday. Calibration Meeting We will have calibration meetings with clients' QA and internal caliration meetings to make sure of our accuracy. We must have the same opinion about every case internally. Appeals and Comments We must make appeals and comments to help Team A improve and align with Team B. Word collections, error collections and other requirements asked by our clients We must meet all the requirements of our clients. Position: Evaluator Responsibilities： 1. Transcribe the audios following the policy 2. Achieve the daily quality and quantity targets set by the PM 3. Help the labeling team correct their mistakes and improve the accuracy Requirements： 1. Native speakers in [Kazakh] 2. Good command of English (minimum B2 English level) 3. Available to work 30-40h/week with an up-to-date PC and stable Internet connection 4. Degree in linguistics or have related language education background 5. Attention to detail, and the ability to help others to improve 6. QA experience in the data annotation industry will be preferred
