Autodesk Revit 3d modelling from Laser scanned Point cloud

This Project involves the 3D modelling of a supplied Laser scanned point cloud in Autodesk Revit. You need to be highly skilled in the use of point clouds in Autodesk Revit and converting the point cloud to an accurate model. The laser scan is of a 'wet' well in a water treatment works and is not that complicated, but it needs to be modelled accurately. The wet well comprises of two pits about 10m deep and 6m across with 4 pipes/pumps in each. There is a about 3m of handrail and a few brackets. You will need to accurately model the concrete walls including all entries and hatches, include pipework and flanges, and other small brackets and ducting. The coloured point cloud is available in an RCS and RCP project file with accompanying 360 colour photographs. I have compiled a comprehensive report outlining the requirements with detailed photographs what needs to be modelled and in what level of detail (and what does not need to be modelled) which should allow you to estimate time to model. I could also supply the registered and georeferenced fls file if required. The RCS point cloud is georeferenced to GPS coordinates and the REVIT model would also need to be aligned to the same GPS coords. The Model needs to be compatible with REVIT 2015. I would need several pdf prints of sectional views showing the model and the point cloud aligning correctly before releasing payment.
