I need an accurate 3D rendering of a sun room addition, drawn to approximate scale. - remove the existing second story deck from the rendering (see attached photo of existing house) - Use the photo of an example architectural style for general appearance of exterior of new addition - assume columns centered on 54", with (two) 24"-wide windows between each column (so 48" between columns). (see photo of example windows) - assume windows start at 20" above the floor and extend to the top of each opening (see photo of example windows) - Make the addition 16' wide, centered on the existing ledger board on the house (see photo of existing house) - Make the addition 12' deep (extending 12' from house) - Make the addition with a flat roof
