PROJECT SPECS AND SCRIPT CAN BE FOUND HERE: [login to view URL] GENERAL SPECS AND DEADLINES ARE: BUDGET: $2,000 MAX DELIVERABLES FOR PROJECT Two videos -1st Video 2.5-3 min long using clean, hip, modern style animation (no goofy, cartoony animation) Need 10 still frame storyboards in advance to approve for animation to start 1st draft and up to 3 revision drafts - should be minimal given pre-pro approvals EXAMPLE VIDEO: [login to view URL] (password = denmark) SCRIPT: [login to view URL] VOICEOVER: Not created yet; will provide in advance of animation starting MORE VISUAL INSPIRATION We will provide all audio assets - in one prepared track - 2nd Video 60 second video this will mostly repurpose the same work done for longer 2.5-3 min video same specs and example and goal - including up to 10 storyboards same general idea as script below - but a shorter version approx 60-70% of work done on longer 2.5-3 min video will be REPURPOSED for the shorter video… so the amount of original, unique work for the short 60 sec video is substantially reduced… and ALL of any new original work created for the 60 sec video will be very in-line and inspired by the same work done for the longer video… so it should be much quicker, efficient to produce NOTE: Keep in mind that we want MINIMAL style… it should still feel rich, modern and polished but not elaborate - which should reduce hours of animation needed for a similar length video on a more elaborate project ALSO: We can leverage (use) various logos and text copy to reduce the need for all 2.5- 3 min to be completely animated…. We would expect approx 60% animation, 30% text and 10% logo graphics….. good to keep in mind when deciding time needed to produce DEADLINE DATES: Oct 8th - 3 1st draft storyboards for approval to get started Oct 15th - 10 “final” storyboards - which will be approved to let animation work start Nov 4th - 1st draft of at least 51% of the animation completed as a 1st draft - for notes Nov 12th - 2nd draft of 90+% of animation completed - for notes then we will deliver notes and expect to get revisions back within 5 business days
