I would need a sticker(or any other format which serves the purpose) which contains 4 people dancing/celebrating our company 20th anniversary. the characters in the sticker should contain the face of our management staffs (Which I will provide) The sticker should be able to be attached on the signature of email/outlook, recipients should be able to view the sticker once they open the message, and shouldnt be downloading it as a seperate file. It should also be able to sent out as sticker on whatsapp/line etc. it should also contain a QR Code where users are able to scan and get redirected to our company webpage. Let me know if it can be done, and also how much time you require, and also how much will you be asking for this project. i can do it, and can produce a number of great concept designing such animated sticker for a company anniversary i assume in gif format animated loop gif file, smaller size sticker but adjustable as desired. professional 2d animator and illustrator can very well do this job.
