Update Database and Pre-Sales Call

Description I am looking for someone to call 200 schools in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Purpose: 1. To confirm or/and update contact information for the Principal, Music Teacher and Parent Council president. 2. To alert school principal that we are sending a brochure about our Artist-in-School residency to their attention and to ask them to watch for it. 3. Start to build a relationship with the principal. Provided: You will be provided with a script and an Excel Database which you will update and return (Please see script attached). Skills and Equipment Required: 1. Able to speak English fluently and be easily understood 3. Pleasant telephone voice 2. Excel program and working knowledge 3. Telephone 4. Long Distance package capable of calling to Calgary, Alberta, Canada 5. Preferably sales experience Completed Database I would like this work to start this week and be completed by January 15, 2011. Considerations: This may consist of several calls to each school as I want you to speak to the actual person responsible for booking the Artist in School residency programs. I do not wish you to leave a return telephone number, instead I wish you to keep calling until you are able to speak to the correct contact person personally.
