CV writing and formatting

I am looking for someone who is familiar with CV writing for science and biotech sector. I already have a good CV and would like a part of it to be changed. Writer must be experienced in writing C.V and cover letters. As I need for post doctorate and academic position. The CV should be very impressive and highlight my achievement in research and academic. I will provide all the related material viz., my research and academic experiences details and publication reprint and summary of thesis. I need this work in very short time. My budget is $30.
