Spinal fusion tattoo

I am looking for a talented tattoo artist to create a traditional/realistic style tattoo for me. Although I don't have a specific design in mind, I do have a rough idea of what I want. I am open to the artist's interpretation and creativity. Body Location: either chest or back Color: Mainly black and white, other color highlights if works with design Looking for a skull with spine of the neck area and upper back possibly with the shoulders with metal rods and screws Possible other meaningful images worked into the design.
