You will be provided with a UML diagram (see attached) as well as SQL query. The goal is to write the Neo4j equivalent of the given SQL query, that aims to answer the following question: Which Drugs are in a relationship with a Gene that is in a relationship with a Protein which has a relationship with another Protein where minimum positivity is 0.8 and minimum identicality is 0.85, and that other Protein is in a relationship with a Gene that has a relationship with the Disease "Asthma"? Although not a deliverable, in order to come up with the Neo4j query, you'd need to remodel the UML diagram to follow the property-graph model. The only deliverable of this task is a functional and tested Neo4j query that achieves the same result as the provided SQL query.

Before migrating query into SQL, yes definitely you should change the diagram. As I can see there are few entities which has many to many relationship. For those case we should create association table to resolve the normalization issue. Let me know if you wanted to continue to discuss further.
