Solution request for research incentives

We are doing a project, scope is as follows. Please provide a quote. Description: We would like a solution for Yara User Researchers to provide online gift vouchers to research participants (non-Yara) via xoxoday. It is internal-facing as Yara employees are using it, but the gift vouchers are sent to an external party (research participant) This is the proposed solution from our end but we are more than happy to be advised on alternatives: User flow User Researchers (UR; Yara employee)) creates a project by entering the name of the project, the UR’s name, the Lead UR’s name, the peer reviewer’s name, and the relevant cost center. The UR fills in a self-declaration form. After, UR can then enter the email address of a Research Participant (RP; non-Yara employee), the country of the RP, the total length of research activity, the suggested value, the name of the project, and the gift voucher for a RP. The Lead UR checks the legitimacy of this request and approves it. The RP receives a consent form and a self-declaration form, and if there are no ethical concerns with the responses, the RP will receive the gift voucher in their email inbox. All documentation will be stored in a sharepoint folder automatically.
