I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I have a folder (in Windows) with many files (jpgs). I need to batch rename those files. The old filename and the new filename are available with me, mapped to each other in a spreadsheet. Need a method to rename the existing filenames with the new filenames as available in the spreadsheet.
