This can include PRD (product requirements document) or anything else containing the list of requirements. 2. Are there any constraints on the programming language/frameworks used to develop this besides those already mentioned? 3. Gmail has some daily limits on their SMTP. Do you want to be able to customize the SMTP server and switch Gmail with some other email distribution service at some point?
