It should be a system that comes with options for Approvals for requests, Declines, etc. It should also have different levels of access privileges. Hi, this memo system how do you want it hosted? as a Firebase/firestore project or one which everything will be hosted on your servers. Two, would it notify users via email incase of any organisational changes. Three, I can develop a minimal mobile app alongside for android for it as bonus that enables someone to easily approve or decline a memo, to see what memo progress.
