Hi there this projects seems pretty interesting to me as it requires image processing. I have done this kind of task before actually that project was like density based traffic light display. Anyway i can do this project and i will going to be use tresrect a image processing engine by google and i will use c# as the core language the the framework will be obviously .net 4.5 or maybe the latest.
