Re-design, rewrite in C#

Please share MS Access form so that i could check the form complexity and ask questions (if any).. 1- C# (Windows forms) should be used or C#(WPF) should be used for the development. can work in both, but would recommend WPF as we can create cool designs like Metro style user interface or Material design. 2-Also, please guide whether rdl reports(separate report) or rdlc (.net built in) reports required.. rdl would require the reporting server path while rdlc can be called directly within the executable without external path . 3-Can we change the database structure or existing MS Access database directly needs to be transferred into SQL Server 2012. i have large experience of making such applications.
