I need to develop an app for computer to run can be any form and easy with database. Req. 1. Login 2. Add data. Item picture, name, rent cost 1h 4h 24h 1week. Price add with Vat 25% as well 3. New customer button First name, family name, personal number. And later select the item, select for how long to rent. 4. Invoice look Too right logo and company address. Then comes the customers name and personal number, renting items, total cost. Under half of the page is term and conditions. And at the end customer and owner sign place. 5. Original source code must be given but ready to hire for again for further changes.

Hi, For this simple requirement I suggest using Microsoft Asset, which include both form (for input data) and database (to save data). It could also have some kind of report for you, for example, see how much an item rent for this month, etc... Regards,
