BF API-NG software to collect and analyze data

I need BF API-NG developer who would help me create software to collect and analyze BF data.... 1.) I should be able to create league groups and software should collect odds data for any sport/league/market that I choose.... examples: 1.) first group is English Premiership, Spanish Primera and German Bundesliga and I want software to collect data for Match Odds and Correct Score.... 2.) second group is Champions league and Europa league and I want to collect data for O/U 2.5 goals and O/U 3.5 goals.... 2.) I should be able to set time when software should start collecting data and in which interval... example: I want data to be collected since 24 hours before match start until the start of the match in inverval every 5 minutes... 3.) Report section - I should be able to check average odds for every interval per league group (example: overall period is 24 hours, interval is 5 minutes... so, I should be able to see average odds for every interval) ... also, I need graphs per group... all this should be availabe for any custom settings regarding groups and time before match (example: I want to check data and graph for League Groups number 1 and number 3 with data collected 6 to 8 hours before match starts) 4.) advanced Reports: software should self-analyze data and should create list with info on where are the biggest differences in odds (example: Software creates report list something like this: 1. League group number 7, market O/U 3,5 goals, Over 3,5 goals have 3,60 odds 14 hours before match starts and the same market have 3,30 odds 2 hours before match starts, so that is 9% drop, etc...)... Maybe this could be better explained, but I'm availabe for any additional questions or any explanations needed....
