Background, Password protected backup application for WIN

Small description: Background app with password GUI, that selects files and folders from the OS, compresses and password protects them and FTP uploads them to a server with user/pass, at defined schedule. Long description: I need a simple app that works in the background and boots after the OS boots after being installed. If it is not called, the user will not see any window it will stay launched waiting for its scheduled work. If called, it will show a login screen and a backup NOW butto and Display last successful backup upload from its own log. After login you will have options for 1 Backup Schedule, Checkboxes for every day of the week and a hour to choose the time for upload, and a backup NOW button. 2 Server Login, you will have a user pass field and host. Where we will enter the ftp user and pass and host-name of remote FTP, and a test connection button. To test if we can reach the server. 3 BackedUP Files Options Here you will have a password field with the password that will be used for the zip/gzip engine to compress and password protect files. Here you will have a way to exclude file types by extension or type. For example exclude mp3 or mov mkv or jpg, etc. Here you will have a bandwidth throttle or limiter. Example upload at only 500kb/s or 0 for unlimited speed. 4 Backup Selection Here you will have a large pane where you will choose and add files from the windows file system to be backed up and uploaded. On the bottom provide a total KB or MB of the files and folders selected , prior to being compressed. Behind the scenes Simple installation. I will provide the logo or any graphics required for the splashscreen. No graphics work is required from you. Just a nice clean GUI. You can user any open source backup code/method to achieve the following... The app should catalog the files. Get size and last modification date, so it can upload only new or modified files from last upload. (saving bandwidth) The app should compress files with your best most efficient method and password protect them, in a separate temporary directory. I prefer a lot of smaller files, like per file or per directory rather than one large chunk of data. you should take care on open files and and permissions, so the app does not hang or get stuck. The app will try to connect several times to the specified ftp server, login and start a renewable upload of the files. Keep a log of successful and unsuccessful uploads. Keep a separate config file . So when I ask you for an update with more features we can just install the new app and picks up where the other left. The app should play well with all windows versions, firewall, and Antivirus, or at least make it easy on the user/installer to ID the problem. The app should be light when idle and friendly with resources while working. Note to the bidders I have been working with Freelancer for years now.
