I have 15 years experience in access database design and development. I have completed well over 250 custom databases in this time. I have worked on existing databases and created from scratch. A list of some databases I built are. ASCL database for Major Hospital in OKC. A scheduling program for the anesthesia department for a Major Hospital in OKC. I am a GIS professional, we work with GIS embedded DBMS along with MS excel. I had some good experience of working with MS Access but a long time back. I would prefer if i get a chance to carry out this assignment. I have good understanding about Database Management, updation, validation and SQL based data retrieval.

I have prior experience in both Access programming and Visual Basic Programming, the database can be programmed for the requirements you ask of and I can meet a 10 day provided you give me access to mock records and images ect of what you want to be included in said database. I think paired with my knowledge of access databases and programming as well as my low price will make a competitive offer, however I can offer extended support for the database after its completion for as little as 10 Pounds per month! Access will also make a brilliant starting point for this as its flexible with what you can do with it, however i'd advise (If you decide against me) that you stay away from Excel databases as they can be a bit short lived and complicated to say the least!
