SEO need for a zencart website

My site is an zencart site. I would like somebody who is conversant with zencart and SEO to help me drive more organic traffic to my siteI would like the site optimised for Google, Bing and Yahoo. An ideal landmark would be my site on the first page of google with the relevant keyword being used. The traffic that is driven to the site must be from organic sources and not from traffic farms, link farms or anything that can be construed as black hat. If this is the case then I will report the persons involved and all monies paid will be forfeited. I do realise that this will be a long term project. I do not expect results in a day so this will be an ongoing project that will reward both sides of the project if more traffic is driven to the site. At the moment we have very little traffic going to the site so it will be very easy to monitor results.. Most of the traffic generated should come from Australia. The winning freelancer will be responsible for all the SEO on the site.
