I need 500 video data scrape from source to Youtube

I am wanting a scrape of 500 videos from a database I will provide uploaded straight to Youtube. The videos range between 5mb-100mb each. The videos just need to be downloaded/uploaded & the title copy & pasted this can ideally be done through a script. I am happy to pay and provide ongoing work, for the job done right. These are the conditions of completion of job: I need a brand new Youtube account. It is ONLY to be done from a Youtube account in a country that allows monetization settings. (Preferably I want the account to originate from AUSTRALIA or the USA as Youtube will not allow the profiles country to be changed once made) Must check that ALL the videos must not contain duplicates, rejected videos, errors. Should any videos that have any copyright/3rd party errors appear they should be deleted immediately and skipped. *Please note, we have permission to upload all videos, and there is no pornography, illegal or offensive material etc. This should go without saying: Don't send me endless personal messages to annoy me Don't simply waste my time.
