Turn a Small Flash Applet into a Desktop Widget

I have recently obtained the files of a simple flash visual equalizer application. Located at [login to view URL] I can provide these files to whoever accepts the work. I would like someone to implement said files into a desktop widget that meets the following requirements. [login to view URL] and Windows media player compatability (runs the equalizer animation for the music being played in iTunes/WMP) 2. Drag and drop ability on the desktop 3. Ability to adjust size and color of the equalizer Additional information. I'm running Windows XP and Windows 7 Ultimate and would like the applet to be compatible with both operating systems.
