Application to dial a list of telephone numbers and determine if the number is analogue, ISDN, SIP etc.

Hi I require a program that can be left running overnight to dial a large list of UK business telephone numbers. the program must be able to ascertain if the number being dialed is on a isdn or analogue line. The end result will be a list of phone numbers that have been correctly idendified as either being analogue or isdn. I have multiple ISDN channels for dialling out available as well as the ability to setup SIP trunks if required. ## Deliverables The list of numbers to dial must be importable and exportable once complete via csv text delimited file or similar method
