Business Development - Sales Hunter

Needs to hire 3 Freelancers Remote work (Work From any place in the world). Hey! Hope this finds you well. My name is George and I'm the founder and owner of a successful website design & development agency. I am looking to bring on a "deal finder" to my team. We are looking for a talented B2B sales (HUNTER) person with experience selling web design. This position will be new so the job scope isn't defined 100% yet. But basically I am looking for someone to reach out to businesses that need a new website and offer our services to them. We have established a stellar reputation since 2013. We would be targeting 3 audiences in the USA: 1) Individual businesses that need a new website 2) Consulting agencies that work with other businesses needing a new website 3) Professionals such as doctors, lawyers, etc. You will be in charge of building your own prospect list, calling and closing. Your job is to generate leads for us and get them to sign on for our monthly digital marketing services. It shouldn't be a difficult sell as our prices are better than most and our service and process is great. The right candidate would help me brainstorm the best way to go about doing this and be open to trying new things. Our packages start at $49 a month so they are easy to sell. Responsibilities: - Actively seek out new lead opportunities by making approximately 20+ outbound emails per/hour to prospective businesses from Yelp, [login to view URL], linkedin, Facebook groups etc. For Yoga practice, Med Spa, Waxing, Cryotherapy, Oil change, Dentists, Gym business. - Identify business opportunities by quickly researching business - Using Dynamics 365 CRM system to ensure all contacts data is fully accurate and up-to-date. - 1-3 years previous lead generation and client services experience - Successful history in direct/quota-carrying leads. -Ability To Effectively Cold Call To Break Ice -Ability To Manage A CRM -Ability To Write Effective Cold Emails and Sales Emails -Ability To Adapt and Change Easily -Ability To Handle Rejection -Ability To Bring In Scale-able Results -Good Communication Skills -Can Work From Home -Keep The Sales Pipeline Full 1/3 Cold, 1/3 Warm, 1/3 Super Hot -Ability To Forward Think and Participate Openly In Brainstorming Sessions -Leadership Qualities. -Ability To Pitch Business Partnership Opportunities -Disciplined, Focused & Hungry I'd love to chat with you more about the business and our process so you can get a better feel for who we are.
