We are looking for an energetic customer service representative that has experience in handling Amazon customers on behalf of 3rd party marketplace sellers. The ideal candidate would have to contribute greatly to the success of our store and to overall customer satisfaction. Duties include: - Responding to customer inquiries - Liaising with our warehouse concerning the status of orders. - Feedback management - A-Z Claims/Chargeback Management. - Listings management Experience: - Excellent Customer Service Soft Skills - Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central - Problem Solving Ability - Fluency in American Style English This position requires successfully passing two 10 minute assessment tests. You must be willing to take the tests for further consideration. Raises and bonuses available for excellent performance.
