My name is Cris Ochavez Zamora, everyone calls me Chanel. I've been doing Sales for 12 years in a combination with Customer Service, Escalations and Retention. I used to be an Escalation Supervisor where I train my people on how to properly handle escalated contacts and pacify difficult customers. The last post I had was a Sales Supervisor of 4 years where I also train my team on how to pitch & create customer needs, position an offer, handle stalls and objections and eventually close the sale. Ultimately, I'm very comfortable talking to random people and create an inviting atmosphere to welcome new sales opportunities and/or provide a long term fix to customer's concerns.
I do Cold Calling, Appointment Setting and Telesales for companies under different industries such as Real Estate, Saas company, Digital Marketing, Online painting website, etc., I also work as an executive assistant for a company in CA who provides Executive Coaching, Leadership Training and conduct Global Summits.
