Looking Technical Recruiter on Profit sharing basis

we are looking for self motivate technical recruiter to find new clients, candidates and make contract placement for the company. Business should be build on his own with own contcats of tier 1 vendors or can build new end clients for placement. We would share 30% of net profit on each placcement. Accountable for all recruiting efforts Work closely with Client Managers and Business Development Specialist to find, qualify and place IT and engineering professionals with our Clients. Develops new business by prospecting. Makes multiple personal contacts, marketing and telephone calls, appointments, and proposals to attract new business and increase existing billable hours for staffing business. Interested party,candidate should send the resume as well sales and recruitment experience. Must have sound knowlegde of consulting business in USA. Must have worked with tier 1 vendors and subcontractors Must have H1B Visa knowledge. This is purely profit sharing on each placcement.
