Research writing

I need you to write a research article. Purpose: To encourage: critical thinking, and creative writing. To promote: research, and social responsibility. Assignment: Students are to complete a 3 page technical writing/research paper on a common topic. The assignment should be completed in the following format: 12 font, courier print, double-spaced, with at least 2 references. (Wikipedia, Google, and [login to view URL], are just examples of general references, that should not be used as reliable, academic sources). Instructions: Student will upload the assignment directly onto Blackboard and submit a paper copy to the instructor. Topic: Open Prayer in Public Institutions (Schools) Please make an argument either for, or against the decisions made by federal, state, and municipal government agencies to remove and prevent expressions of religious beliefs in public educational institutions (prayer in school). Students are encourages to present their position(s) in an intellectual and scholarly manner. Personal views are acceptable in the paper, as long as the tone of the paper does not reflect "hatred or socially unacceptable measures". More importantly, views and opinions are supported with credible research.
