I have been working in the call center industry for almost 5 years. I was a Technical Support Representative with AT&T for almost 3 years then I got promoted to a Subject Matter Expert after a year and handled supervisory calls from the entire production floor, assisting agents during their call. I also handled new agents that range from 15 to 20 to help them with their calls and product knowledge, I conduct coaching to acknowledge their strengths and provide feedback and action plan for their weaknesses
I was also an order processor for an E-commerce website that sells outdoor furniture and equipment using their main website and different sales channel such as Amazon, Ebay and Sears. My main responsibilities are Order processing, track orders, create sales invoice to send to vendors. Tools that I use are Magento and TrackVia, MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
I was also a Billing Director for an Insurance Company located in Florida. I manage workers and commercial accounts and making sure billing concerns and invoices are properly being created and paid. I also handle customer concerns via email and phone calls. My tools for this job are Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Trackvia.
