Research Assistant Project

We need a research assistant for a new online start up company. Your duties will be to research and select the best options for: - Business entity designation (LLC, S-Corp, etc) - Best geographic location to register the company's address - Tax Liabilities & other legal regulations - Other legal, tax, and business research This will be an month long project with multiple types of tasks, all related to the legal and tax structure for a new online company. You will do general online research, specific tax and other legal research, create reports, make contact with agencies related to this research for more information, and possibly submit information and paperwork. You will also assist in selecting the best options from your research to implement. Experience in legal research, tax research, or other business research definitely a plus.
