3D rigging for an animation already found a freelancer

I have two characters modeled for an animated short film, I need the body rig corrected for both of them because I am having a problem with the arms going into the body sometimes when the character crosses his arms in front of him. I already found a freelancer for this, but you may apply if you want. You must have lots of experience with character modeling, animation, and rigging though if you do apply, and have a good portfolio set up for me to look at. This animation is being produced in Blender, so lots of experience in Blender is a must.
