Cad files for some things I want to offer via shape ways - open to bidding

You are incredibly affordable and I need some help on a tight budget. I need my 2d book illustrations turned into 3d figures. I only need files. STL and OBJ work. I would like to keep my limit at 12 hours, but I am willing to negotiate. These are meant to be toys People (Bulk of the work here) Dimensions: 2.346 w x 3.514 d x 2.389 h inches If we can add a foot bases to each of these like army men that would be great. They can also be in their natural motion. Tess: I gave two views for her. I just want her backpack view to become a 3d CAD. However, I a hoping to make her face front. I am sure this can be done with little design. Rossini: I gave a back front because the spender detail is important. Hands are visible on the back side. Lauren: I only have back views and slightly side view of her face. I want her to be frontal. Mom: I gave to facial views and a back. I want her frontal. Kevin: I don’t have a back view, but keep the soccer ball. Peter: I don’t have a back view. Mrs. Beebalm: Keep her in the teapot motion. Houses Dimensions: 3.143 w x 1.737 d x 2.119 h inches I just want the house structures. The shrubbery and surroundings should be eliminated with the exception of the tree on the “red house”. These can have hallow bottoms. Boxes Dimensions: 0.512 w x 0.512 d x 0.512 h inches The boxes should be closed with the ribbon tied around it in the same fashion. These are like fisher price dollhouse "gift boxes”. I want them to look like “green box” “blue box”. These can have hallow bottoms. Orange box: circle Yellow Box: Star Green, Blue: No change Purple: Rectangle Red: This is a heart, but the side detail is important. It is small ovals. What is also important is that small letter. It can stay attached in that cream color.
