Purple Carrot I have already experience in doing similar type of project 2 to 3 days ago. I think you need selenium for automating browser apart from your favourite scraper library. In betting sites the bets get updated every second. if you need to track them I will write/show you a simple code. The idea is to get the bet without you getting blocked. I had been doing scrapping from last 3-4 years. Already done with around 15000 websites so far with scrapy, selenium , browser automation in many real estate,webshop, news sites . Usually it requires 2 -3 hour to complete the script . I will do a small sample if it is ok for you then we can have a deal. More could be discussed over chat
