The complete paper has several sections which have to implemented separately. SLIC algorithm (have previously coded) needs implementation. Section 2 on Noise and 3 on Methods of Forgery Detection are most elaborate. There's also the Simulation section. Kindly tell specifically which parts need implementation? REGARDING PROJECT I'd recommend SkImage, unless there are some heavy-duty operation. It appears, there aren't many. Python with SkImage via Pip is lightweight as well, which is helpful. I've worked on SLIC on MATLAB, and it's a kind of clustering algorithm which has use in Style Transfer and Superpixels for example ( one of my projects). It will be readily done in Python. It will take 2 days to code from scratch. I'd recommend, dividing the project into 4 parts, as you've listed in the brief. Kindly mentio 1. Your deadlines 2. Which sections of paper you need? DELIVERABLES Mention exactly, code, report, figures etc what all you need? Depending on that we shall divide the time and milestones.
