I need to develop a software that allow me to continuously scan (1 action per hour) a website (table), see the attachment for a screenshot. Looking for fluctuations in the data displayed in 3 columns of this table (COEFFICIENT, MAX. BID, ¢), (CLICKS) and (EPC, $). Then do a simple calculation > or < and based on that execute a "click" action on the ON/OFF column. The software has to be able to replicate the same scanning in at least 15 different page of the same website. This website also requires login data. Example of execution (see the attachment): 1- "IF" EPC, $ = 0.00 "AND" CLICKS > 200 THEN switch OFF the ON/OFF column 2- "IF" EPC, $ = 0.01 "AND" CLICKS > 800 THEN switch OFF the ON/OFF column 3- "IF" EPC, $ < COEFFICIENT, MAX. BID, ¢, SET UP A SOUND ALARM and /or mark the whole raw in red color (as an alarm) Ideally it has to have an interface platform that allows settings values like EPC, $ = 0.00 "AND" CLICKS > 200 to be modified. These actions must be executed 1 per hour, per every single raw under these conditions.

I have worked on web-scraping projects in the past , where we generate reports from the data presented in the website(web-scrapping). I would like to develop the code using Python using requests,beautiful soup libraries. It is also better if you can show me a demo of the website, or share me the URL so that i can give more details of the implementation.
