Write some php file, or a Bot

Hello, not sure if anyone will help but I saw that some sellers on [login to view URL] that are changing the price instantly with +1 pence above me, no matter what price I have, if I set an exaggerated price, 2-3 pounds/dollars more than them… then their listing is changing at 1+ pence above second seller. Example ME=£505.00; and in no more than 1 sec. HIM=£505.01 OTHER_SELLERS=£501.00 or ME=£505.02; and in no more than 1 sec. HIM=£505.03 OTHER_SELLERS=£501.00 but if I do a bigger price, much more than market price. ME=£510.00; and in no more than 1 sec. again HIM=£501.01 bigger than next seller OTHER_SELLERS=£501.00 Not sure what programs they have or Api set-up, but I would like to make it work, so if is anyone willing to do it. This is public [login to view URL] but I am not a programmer and I can`t say too much, anyway I believe that this is entirely possible given the right setup, so who want a job? For someone who knows programming should be a easy solution, maybe just a .php small file, not sure how much this cost but let me know to see if I can pay or not, as I do not afford to invest to much in this.
