vTiger already has an SMSNotify feature. I need a custom provider (Plivo) created for the SMSNotify feature so that it seamlessly works with my Plivo account. vTiger must be able to send and receive SMS messages using the built in sms functions. Recipient of the sent message must be able to respond to the message and have a workflow read the message and take an action. Must use and work with vTiger 7.2.0. Must install and configure SMS Integration on our existing vTiger install and provide all relevant files for the integration in a .zip file.
