Update and Install (3) points to php core Site.

1) In Supper Admin (contact us) modules: When a new user selects one of our (membership plans) or send enquiry, we need the Admin can select a mail address (Using mails of our server) in (Gusset mails) and can reply administrative/ newsletters mails to individual users enquiries. 2) We have two (login) links for (Paid & Free) members, we need to update the following functionalities:- - - For The FREE plan Member, A- Needed when he purchases (credit points) through our payment gate according to our existing plans, he can receive the (Buy Requests, Tenders and Auctions-contacts details) to that link: [login to view URL], (You need to connect our payment gate to PayPal). B- Needed to restore Enquiries info box to the FREE member in the site dashboard as it was before. - For The PAID Members , A- Supper Admin approves his subscription, to send to him the (paid member login link), admin permits him to display / post his products through (assigned period), along with notifications mail to his inbox to inform him the approval or to invite him to subscribe for a new period after he ends subscription period. (We already have ready mail form needed to change content). B- When he logins he can have access to reply to buy leads contacts. 3) Minors tasks: A- We already have (membership icons system) which can be assigned by supper admin to vendors names and products images; so we need to permit these icons to be added to more 3 pages, Vendor page, Home page products slider and to the Search wall icons filtration tool. B- In the following link : We need (uploaded Business documents) to be downloadable [login to view URL] .. C- We need to encode RTL interface to the front end .. and show the entered (Arabic text) can be readable Arabic language in the admin panel . D- We need to delete (Auction tab ) and put it in ( Tender ) page. E- Prevail ( Header & Bottom) and background to all site pages .
