Dear sir or Madam I am tim w I have loaded your code and set to my values and a temp local mail and set the database with the select values that were in your file it worked for my system I don't think that you have a code issue it if it all of a sudden quits I think it might be a port issue in your computer I would look into this I see you have your host set to local host so I am guessing you are running it on a local machine so you may have a issue with something running on the port that it used to run to or there is a smfp issue in your system I would check all that before i would check I pinged the address in the file and they are a open account and I get connection with them threw curl mail so there is something in the hosting system that is causing the issue you may be better off if you are using this as a mail system to your local host mabe look into java or python maybe even c++ as a desktop system that will still use your mysql database and you can use a port that is in the secure method and lock the port it just sounds like a simple issue like you downloaded a new program that is using your port that your mail server was using this is always a issue I don't know your system but if you use a mail app threw windows I have ran into trouble with this it stole my port to my mail service threw wamp but my xampp mail still work I would think back have you installed a app like the one on on your menu bar at the bottom of your windows screen that open hotmail " good luck"
