Translating English Website to Spanish Including Graphics

I need a Spanish speaking web designer to convert our company's Printing Labels website into Spanish to target the Hispanic market. Our website is very simple and has only static pages with our products information. I'm looking for a bilingual developer that can translate our Website into the Spanish language including these items: - Page content (Headings, Text, etc.) - Meta Tags (i.e. Title, Description, Keywords) - File names (Spanish) - Alternate Text (Spanish Alternate Text) - Navigation Tabs and Buttons (Spanish) * Please add an English / Spanish Button to top of page.
