some wordpress work

hey. I have a couple things that I need to get done. 1. I have had a plugin custom made for my wordpress project. Unfortunately due to lack of comunication, I had to quit working with the programmer. There needs to be some debugging done and a 2 or 3 features added. (like uploading a picture of a person you intend the post for to the post and a feature that will allow to notify the recipients cell phone when a post about him has been posted) -- I know it's not really clear, but I will talk more with the winning bidder. Also I am having a theme custom made for the plugin, and I would like the programmer to implement the plugin into the theme when it's ready. There might be one or two more requirements as the project develops. 2. Another thing is this... I need a tool for wordpress that will allow me to change my blog into a membership site. What I need actually is a password protection feature where people pay for membership and then are instantly emailed a username and password that they can use to access the blog. I want the mechanizm to look kindof like this: www.thecopydoctor.com. I don't mean the layout but just the mechanizm (scroll to the very bottom and go to members area. It asks you to login and if you don't, you won't access the site. [login to view URL] is also WP based. I need the plugin to be hackerproof. I want to be able to reset password and username for customers. I want the programmer to be expirienced in this kind of things. I want him to communicate daily and be reliable. I need to have unlimited revisions until I am 100% satisfied. I need CSS editable layout. We'll talk the details over with the awarded programmer. In short, I need to create a membership site and I would like only the paying members to have access to it. The awarded programmer will have to communicate with me DAILY! I mean even if there is nothing new, because we got stuck for instance, I would still require you to write me an email that says "no updates today. see ya tomorrow" or sth like that. Communication is extremely important to me. I want to work with really tallented programmers that have expirience with WP and can debug well. thanks. Sebastian
