your ideal infrastructure and coding language/technology way to build that kind of responsive website in order to remain robust also in case of millions of transactions in the same time: you will calculate the pages structure from the mentioned starting similar website (about 18 pages) plus adding the pages required while adding the requested 2 main functionalities:

2) engineering a watertight compartments as described.

building the system by customizing a ready-to-use platform available with Rest APIs that point to a GWT (Google Web kit) and programmed in JAVA.
In both cases; building from scratch or customizing [login to view URL] we have to use a PostgreSQL database
