Hi, I need a prestashop expert to help us fix some issues with our site. 1- Payment gateway doesnt work and customers get error message when they choose to use credit card payment option. 2- in Backoffice we get Server timeout error message when updating our products. we contacted hosting support and they said " configuring this max execution time. You will need to add some code to your [login to view URL] file in the directory where the script is located on your server. If there isn't a [login to view URL] file there currently you can create one and add the directive to increase the maximum execution time. The guide is found a the knowledge base link below: [login to view URL] We need someone to start working on this right away and fix fast. please only Prestashop experts we dont have time to find someone else after you realize you dont know how to fix it. thank you for your help
