PHP Link Directory

Hi! I'm looking for a programmer who has good experience with - PHP, MySQL, Mod_Rewrite, - Google Pagerank scripting, - Snoopy class or similar in checking remote pages and identifying links - Excellent ability to write human-readable and fast code - Atleast 3+ years experience working with PHP, MySQL - Ability to understand the requirements by looking at the template i.e. figuring out what the requirements are. I have developed a custom application that is similar to PHP Links Directory. I will provide templates of the application I need developed. All you have to do is weave your artistic code and make my application work. I'm estimating that this job will not take more than 30-40 hours of development. This application is for my personal use and I'm not going to resell it. I need the application developed within a week.
